Please note all items are hand printed to order and usually take 1-3 days to create (can be up to 5-7 days during busy times) if your item is urgent, please email us and we will aim to get your item to you in time.

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded, a tracking number will be included on your dispatch email for tracking purposes. Your item should be delivered between 1 and 3 days after the dispatch notice email, if you do not receive your item after this time, please track using the tracking info, sometimes items have had an attempted delivery but a card is not left, items are only held for 14 days before being sent back to send.
Larger/Heavier orders may be sent via DPD next day service.

International Shipping - currently shipping to Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia. Shipping is charged at £20, we will use the service that is the most cost effective at time of shipping.
Local pick up - if you live close to us, we are happy for you to save postage costs and collect your item from us while we are open.
Opening hours for collection are 9am-3pm Mon, Tues, Thur and Friday or during the school holidays these hours are amended to 7am-12noon.
