Returns:

EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTING:

Items purchased for gifts from 1st November can either be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt or outside of that time, they can be returned for a different size/ design only before Friday 10th January 2025. Return postage for the replacement item will be invoiced to you before it is sent back out to you.

 

Orders can be cancelled/amended within 48 hours if we have not started work on your order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition in which it was received. Please email hello@neonmarl.co.uk to start the return process, you will be emailed a return label and £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost.

Earrings and beanies are non refundable for hygiene reasons.

We do not offer exchanges, return your item for a refund and then reorder the correct item.

Items must be completely unworn, items received in a non resellable condition will be returned to the customer.

Items must not smell of perfume or food or similar, any items returned in this way will be returned to the customer.

Personalised & customised items where designs have been amended as per customer choice are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Postage is not refunded. 

Sample Sale items are non returnable & non refundable.

Faulty items - please email us with photos of the fault and we can provide more information upon receipt.
